First aid is essential knowledge and the best insurance policy for you, and your friends and colleagues, at work and away from base.
If you are teaching outdoor pursuits then you will be aware that First Aid certification is an essential part of your qualifications. As a teacher you have a duty of care, and even if simply taking part in an activity with friends a simple preparation course could make the difference between life and death.
