Paediatric Training

Since September 2008 the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines require specific Paediatric First Aid training courses for first aiders in schools. The requirement is that there should be at last one Paediatric First Aid trained person on site at all times, and at least one first aider to accompany school trips. The Paediatric course covers the basic life saving procedures and deals with incident management as well as giving you the ability to recognise the signs and symptoms of common and serious illness.
